Liberty Leadership Academy Public Charter School are two co-located tuition-free charter schools, Young Women and Young Men proposed to open Fall 2023. Each school serves 6th-8th grade students, serving as a traditional middle school model. LLA will be located in South Fulton, GA but will serve all students in GA. LLA is designed to serve the unique learning needs and socio-emotional development of young women and young men. As single-gender schools that are co-located, LLA utilizes the brother-sister school model to give students the chance to interact with
their peers socially.

Opening doors with Entrepreneurship
Our goal is to equip students with entrepreneurial thinking that allows them to create the best lives for themselves and others. Each student will take entrepreneur classes over the course of the year where they learn financial literacy, strategic budgeting, and business planning.
Throughout the student’s matriculation through 6-8th grade, students will be on an entrepreneur track that culminates with a capstone project in 8th grade that allows them to create their own business.

Our goal is to assist scholars in understanding their own socio-emotional intelligence and how to manage their emotions and responses through an understanding of trauma, how it works, and strategies to live healthy lifestyles. morning students will take a class where they are taught skills to enhance their emotional intelligence and decision-making process.

We thought you’d never ask! We believe that education is critical to combating the access gaps that exist in our world. Education is power and by empowering our students to ascertain skills that align with their interests and ultimately who they want to be as individuals, they will develop solutions to problems that plague our society. Ultimately, LLA is committed to creating a variety of learning and enrichment activities that encourage scholars to own their learning, hold themselves to high academic standards, and celebrate their culture. We seek to narrow the persistent achievement gap between our minority students and their wealthier white counterparts across the state of Georgia. LLA's impact will be one that not only closes the local achievement gap but also interrupts the historic wealth gap in our economy.
LLA is the place, we all imagined and deserved but didn't necessarily have as kids. Think about all the things we had to let life teach us like finance, doing taxes, computer literacy, resume writing, how to sell/market products and so much more! LLA is the place that teaches those life skills to middle schoolers!
